  • 30-45 m ins
  • 2 tsp whole spices-bay leaf,cinnamon,cardamon & clove each one or two
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder-1\2 tsp red chilly powder-1 n 1\2 tsp carrot-2,cubed
  • 6, cut into

  • 3 cup potato-1 ,peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp coriander & mint leaves-chopped,1\4 bunch each
  • salt to taste

  • 3. then add the ground paste ,saute for some time.then ass ginger garlic paste,saute till raw smell goes.Add in all chopped vegetables followed by all masala powder,chopped leaves and mix well.
  • 4. Add in measured water
  • 6. Use a fork to fluff up the rice.
  • 1. You can make it even without adding red chilly powder.since my daughter need the food to be appetising i added.In that case increase green chilly.
  • 2. you can use cauliflower too since i did not have i didn
