Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 hours Ingredients:
  • 1 Medium onion chopped
  • 180 g Barley- rinsed
  • 450 g Stew vegetables
  • 250 g Passata
  • 28 g Knorr Vegetable stock pot
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 1200 ml Hot water
  • 1. In a stock pot spray frylight to cover the base, add cumin seeds and allow to temper
