Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2 cups
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups cooked
  • 1 cup
  • ¼ cup quinoa flour
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 6 tablespoons warm water
  • 10 minutes to make flax eggs
  • 4 inch patties
  • 6-8 minutes on each side
  • 6 large red
