Ingredients

  • 2 Large Sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 2 Large Carrots, peeled
  • 3 Celery stalks
  • 1 Large Red bell pepper
  • 2 Lemon Grass stalks
  • 2 Red Chilies, optional
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Home-made Curry powder
  • 3/4 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne powder
  • 1 tbsp Lime, juice
  • 1 tsp Lime, zest
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable stock or Mushroom stock
  • 1/4 Cup Water + 2 tbsp Plain flour or Rice flour for Gluten-free friendly

  • 2 條 蕃薯,去皮 sweet potato, peeled
  • 2 條 紅蘿蔔,去皮 carrot, peeled
  • 3 條 西芹/ celery
  • 1 隻 大的紅色燈籠椒 / red bell pepper
  • 2 條 香茅 / lemon grass
  • 2 隻 紅辣椒,可以加減 / red chilies, more or less
  • 1 罐 椰奶 / coconut milk
  • 半湯匙 咖喱粉 / curry powder
  • 3 /4茶匙 然粉 / ground cumin
  • 1 /2茶匙 辣椒粉
  • 1 /4茶匙 紅椒粉/ ground cayenne
  • 1 茶匙 青檸汁 / lime juice
  • 1 茶匙 青檸皮 / lime zest
  • 半杯 蔬菜湯底 / vegetable stock
  • 1 /4杯水+2湯匙麪粉(或粘米粉)
