Ingredients

  • 10 Flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp contain 20-25% of your recommended daily amount of fibre.
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds with
  • 3 tbsp of water and pop in the fridge to thicken for half an hour
  • 175 g dairy free margarine
  • 125 g self-raising flour
  • 225 g caster sugar
  • 3 flax eggs
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds, more to grind for flax eggs
  • 7 prunes, finely chopped
  • a pinch of salt
