Ingredients

  • 34 ballsprep: 45 mincooking: 30 min
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 large carrot
  • 4 medium
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • or chilli
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 5 dried apricots
  • 3 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 small lemon
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 2-3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 heaped tsp salt¼ tsp black pepperoil for baking / sautéingtoasted almond flakes, to serve (optional)
  • 390 º F and line a baking tray with a piece of baking paper
