  • 1 tbsp freshly grated root ginger
  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 227 g tin of pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour blended with 1 tablespoon cold water
  • salt + pepper
