  • 200 g caster sugar
  • zest of 1 orange 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 ml soured cream
  • For the topping
  • 10 g butter
  • 35 g light brown sugar
  • 5 plums, stoned and cut into small segments
