Cheese and herb scones. As an added bonus, they also used up some ends of cheese from the fridge, too. I must admit that I usually make sweet scones, studded with raisins and served with jam and cream, but savoury scones are pretty wonderful too
I adore cheesescones, especially when they are straight from the oven, so it was fortunate that I did a double batch, or there wouldn't have been enough for more than two people
