Ingredients

  • 8 lean turkey
  • 1 tin
  • 800 g of mixed beans
  • 400 g can of cannellini and
  • 400 g can of pinto
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 ) Add a little oil to a pan and add the leeks, mushrooms and garlic and gently cook for 4 minutes
  • 2 ) Add the tomatoes, drained beans, tomato puree, paprika, mustard powder, thyme and salt and pepper and stir and simmer for 5 minutes Stir in the cooked sausages.
