Ingredients

  • 2 largeish potatos
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • finely grated zest of 1 lemon bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 dl breadcrumbs (gluten-free is needed)
  • 1 egg 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • salt, pepper
  • 1,5 dl good mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt, white pepper (to taste)
