  • 4 heaped tbsp plain flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 10 fl oz full
  • 2 tbsp goose fat
  • 6 fat pork sausages
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp demerara sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml hot beef stock
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5-6 minutes Check the seasoning.
