Ingredients

  • 185 g Icing Sugar
  • 30 g Cocoa Powder
  • 50 ml Water
  • 150 g Egg Whites
  • 5 eggs
  • 300 ml Double Cream
  • 50 g Unsalted Butter, Cubed
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 75 ml Amaretto
  • 25 g Icing Sugar
  • 4 cm. Add the water and sugar to a pan and stir over a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup reaches
