Ingredients

  • 225 g plain flour
  • 0.5 tsp mustard powder
  • 115 g cold block Stork or butter, cubed
  • Spalsh of cold water
  • 1 tbsp sunflower or olive oil
  • 1 large onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • Approx 150g potato, washed, scabs removed and grated
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • Ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 medium egg, beaten
  • Approx 150g cheese of your choice e.g. smoked Cheddar, Red Leicester & Wensleydale, grated
  • Milk, to glaze
