Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Sriracha
  • 450 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 each red, green, and yellow bell pepper
  • 250 grams uncooked soba noodles
  • fresh cilantro or basil, to taste
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
