Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 300 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g cold water
  • 160 g granulated sugar
  • 200 g almonds
  • 200 g butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 50 g cognac
  • or rum
  • 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the inside is firm. Remove from the oven and serve with a good cup of coffee or a glass of champagne.
