Ive been searching (well trawling) the Internet to find a simple low syn treat i can whip up pretty quickly this delicious Egg custard certainly did the trick
Stir the eggs, you want the whites and the yolks to be slightly combined, not mixed. In the meantime empty the sweetcorn and the liquid into a jug or bowl and smash about half the kernels

Brush with beaten egg yolk and then sprinkle over the sugar, cinnamon and a light grating of nutmeg. The pastry is chewy and crisp at the same time and is swirled with cinnamon and nutmeg which gives the tarts a lovely flavour
