Ingredients

  • Egg Custard
  • 100 g Hard Butter (cut into small cubes)
  • 170 g Plain Flour
  • 30 g Ground Almonds
  • 50 g Golden Caster Sugar
  • Zest Of 1 Lemon Half Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 or 2 Egg Yolks
  • 10 Egg Yolks
  • 140 g Caster Sugar
  • 600 ml Single Cream
  • Whole Nutmeg For Grating
