I know that one of the points of Knorr's Stock Pots is that you can either dilute the contents of the pot to make stock, or just use it direct in a dish to flavour thegravy or sauce - as in this case
With a spicy, smoked-paprika laced sauce and chunks of tender pork and chorizo, this is one of those dishes that is perfect for a chilly mid-week supper
The creamy sauce combined withthe shredded roast turkey and sweet cranberrysauce makes for a light sweet flavour, combined withthe savoury, salty pastry top it really is something special
The green colour also makes the lollipops perfect for Christmas. You could wrap these in individual cellophane bags with a nice ribbon if you wanted to give them as a gift
Serve the meatballs warm or cold withthe dipping sauce. I found thesauce a little bit too hot for me, not even spicy, but pure hot - the hotness which came from the garlic and the ginger - next time I'll use less
We did have one dry afternoon so I quickly made up a batch of theseturkey burgers and some delicious Monkeygland sauce, packed them up in a bag and headed off to the village green with a selection of bats and balls and let the kids burn off some energy before tucking into these delicious burgers
these in turn withthe meat juices & a little red wine will make a fabulous gravy. For thegravy a few teaspoons of slated cornflour to thicken, a dsp redcurrant jelly
I then pan fried some chicken mini fillets in a little butter and oil and when they were almost cooked I added thesauce to the frying pan and carried on cooking till the chicken was cooked through
Warm, buttery scones are theperfect addition to your breakfast or tea. It’s difficult not to feel warm and fuzzy the moment you bite into one of these scones, especially when they are slatheredwith a good helping of salty Irish butter… The sweetness of the smooth white chocolate plays off the tangy flavors in the dried cranberries, all wrapped delicately inside a pastry packed with BUTTER
