  • 3 layers of sponge and filled with jam and vegan frosting too.
  • 675 g Self Raising Flour
  • 4.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 550 g Caster Sugar
  • 320 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 720 ml Water
  • 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 250 g vegan spread (I like Pure)
  • 600 g of icing sugar
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • Raspberry or Strawbery Jam
