  • 5-6 Fresh Kaffir lime leaves, torn into pieces
  • 1 canned Coconut milk
  • 300 g Sliced Bamboo Shoots
  • 2 tablespoon of Thai fish sauce (optional)
  • Handful of chopped coriander leaves
