  • 3/4 cup strong coffee
  • 125 g butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs 1 ¾ cups plain flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp bicarb
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk
  • 250 g butter, softened*
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • zest of one orange
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 60 g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 85 ml thickened cream
