Break up the dark chocolate and place in a pan along with the butter, sugar and orange essence. Heat gently until the chocolate and butter melts and into a thick sauce like texture
I think I need to go make so more of these ChocolateOrangeBrownies and bury my face in them. Fold the melted chocolate and orange zest into the egg/sugar mix
