Easy to make recipe and the result, melt in your mouth chicken flavoured with amazing spices and enough delicious sauce that's perfect for dipping in some nice flat bread
Serve with a green salad and some crusty bread to soak up the juices. Now cut your lemon in half, squeeze the juice over the chicken and then pop the shells into the pan, follow by the garlic - leave the cloves unpeeled but give them a quick squish with a knife to break them a bit
Drain the pasta and gently toss together with the chicken and lemon before serving. I also share a kitchen with three other people and we all arrive home starving in the evenings so it really wouldn't be fair for me monopolise the oven to slow cook complicated meats all night long
Was very good served with steamed pak choi. Put chicken into a bowl. Lower heat and add stock, lemon juice, sugar, soy, rice wine, garlic and chilli flakes to wok
Heat a wok or frying pan medium hot, melt the coconut oil and stir fry the chicken, when almost cooked add the asparagus and broccoli, stir fry for a minute or so, meanwhile place the torn kale, chard and watercress leaves on your plate, sprinkle over half of the beetroot, carrot, spring onion, chilli and pomegranate, in a bowl mix the avocado with the remaining spring onion, chilli, coriander and tomato, season, add the sweet chilli sauce to the chicken and season to taste if needed, serve the chicken on your saladwith all the juices from the pan and top with the remaining beetroot and carrot, and avocado mix
