  • 2 hard boiled eggs peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 ounces cornichons
  • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon karashi hot mustard
  • 1 cup of tartar sauce
