Ingredients

  • 175 g plain flour
  • 75 g unsalted slightly softened butter,
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoons of water
  • 2 heaped tablespoons
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 125 g unsalted butter melted
  • 125 g ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 x 20cm loose bottomed flan tin well buttered.
