It actually tastes just like a takeaway, but without the synsand with lots of speed veg packed in. We’ve had a lot of new members on our Facebook group, so if you haven’t joined yet head over there and take a look
If you didn’t know better, you might assume it was full of olive oil, butter and even cream, but nope…it’s just a cracking synfree meal which will surprise any SlimmingWorld sceptics out there
Stir in the ginger and add the stock pot. Add the diced chickenand fry until golden brown. I saw someone post this recipe but then, as usual lost the post so I scoured the web, looked at a few and wangled one up myself, which is my favouritist thing to do in the kitchen, make a recipe my own and then share with you lovelies
As you can see in the pictures, we served this with some Synfree salt and pepper chips. Feel free to turn up the heat and add more chilli, or down if you don’t like it too hot
I tend to keep a bag of these in the freezer as I’m the only one who likes sweetpotato fries so it’s quick and easy to whip out a single portion for myself
I made my delicious SynFree HexB Pizza (with wholemeal bread mix) and have made my own SynFree Pizza Sauce too, not to mention my Pizza Stuffed Burgers and Pizza Jacket Potatoes, and now I’m back with my SynFree One Pot Penne Pizza Bake
On this occasion I accompanied my stuffed chicken escalope with roasted new potatoes (simply roasted from raw with Fry Light and seasoning) and a big pile of mushrooms and broccoli to put plenty of speed on my plate
Personally I’m a meat eater through and through so I’ve added chicken to mine, but feel free to take that out or replace it with tofu, or another kind of meat entirely when you try them
I served mine with salad, sweet corn and roasted new potatoes. In a small bowl mix passata, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, smoked paprika, sweetenerand seasoning
