  • 280 g/9.5oz of thin-sliced steak (visible fat trimmed)
  • 11 clove or garlic, crushed
  • 11 tsp of freshly grated ginger
  • 11.5 tbs of low sodium soy sauce 
  • 12 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 cooking oil spray of choiceAdd the thinly sliced steak to a dish.
  • 1 In a bowl combine the soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
  • 1 Pour over the steaks and toss to fully coat and infuse the flavour.
  • 1 Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil spray. 
  • 1 Once the frying pan is hot add the steaks and sear for about 1.5 - 2 minutes each side until browned.
  • 1 Sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
  • 1 Serve with your choice of sides.
