  • Maris piper potatoes
  • Smoked paprika
  • Ground dried garlic
  • Fry light 1cal sunflower oil spray

Instructions

    Ingredients:

    Maris piper potatoes
    Smoked paprika
    Ground dried garlic
    Fry light 1cal sunflower oil spray.

    1. Preheat oven to 200c.

    2. Peel potatoes and cut into 1cm chips. Bring to the boil in a saucepan of salted water and boil for 6 minutes. Drain and leave covered in the hot saucepan for 10 minutes.

    3. After 10 minutes shake covered pan to rough up the edges of the chips. Spray some Fry light oil onto chips and sprinkle with smoked paprika and ground garlic. I am generous with these.

    4. Line a large shallow baking tray with foil and lightly coat with Fry light. Evenly space the chips onto the foil lined tray and put into middle of the oven.

    5. After 20 minutes turn chips and respray with Fry light. Put back into the top of the oven for a further 15-20 minutes depending how you like them done.
