Ingredients

  • 1 hour Zero
  • 8 small Potatoes
  • 4 large Potatoes
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 4 Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 400 ml
  • 1 Chicken Stock
  • 3 tbsp Quark
  • 1 handful Fresh
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 3 tbsp Quark, stir well to incorporate Check the chicken, sprinkle the Xanthan gum all over the mixture in the pan Continue stirring until it's thickened, add salt and pepper to taste Spoon into the potato shells Top each one with the mashed potato and cook in the oven until they are golden brown and the filling is piping hot NOTES
