These are totally synfree, full of cheese and bacon, and easy peasy to boot. I love hash browns, but the ones you buy at the supermarket can be very high in syns, and most recipes out there require you frying them in gallons of hot oil…not these though
In a pan over a medium heat, fry off the chicken breasts, peppers and onions. When the chicken is cooked though, add the smoked paprika, cumin, chillies, chilli powder, lime juice, garlic, tomato purée and passata
Technically you could count a slice of this as as synfree, if you want to work out how much extra the cooked apple could add to your HexB, but frankly I can’t do the maths and I think one syn is pretty awesome
With all of the same beautiful flavour, delicious melted cheese and smooth, creamy consistency, but totally synfree on SlimmingWorld using your Healthy Extra A, this SynFree Mac & Cheese which serves two people is a must make recipe, especially now that the weather is colder
I made my delicious SynFree HexB Pizza (with wholemeal bread mix) and have made my own SynFree Pizza Sauce too, not to mention my Pizza Stuffed Burgers and Pizza Jacket Potatoes, and now I’m back with my SynFree One Pot Penne Pizza Bake
If you don't want to use a few syns on chorizo you could swap for a low fat, flavoursome sausage. I posted an image of this meal on my Instagram & Facebook pages and asked if you wanted the recipe
Extra Easy Syn Value - SynFree. Meanwhile add the chicken, mushrooms, bacon, pepper, onion, garlic clove andsweetcorn into a large frying pan and cook through
Extra Easy Syn Value- Free. I was watching something the other day, I can't even remember what, and they were eating something off the KFC menu, 'Famous Bowls- Creamy mashed potatoes, sweet corn and bite-sized chunks of crispy chicken are layered together then drizzled with home-style gravy and topped with a perfect blend of three shredded cheeses'
On this occasion I accompanied my stuffed chicken escalope with roasted new potatoes (simply roasted from raw with Fry Light and seasoning) and a big pile of mushrooms andbroccoli to put plenty of speed on my plate
If you didn’t know better, you might assume it was full of olive oil, butter and even cream, but nope…it’s just a cracking synfree meal which will surprise any SlimmingWorld sceptics out there
I love Indian snacky things like Pakoras anyway so to find a synfree version made me really happy. Mix together then add curry powder and fat free yoghurt
