The Sweet & StickyChilli Chicken Drumsticks are a new favourite in my house and will be making lots of appearances on our dinner table over the coming months
When I think of sweet chill, beef is what normally comes to mind – it’s my favourite thing to order from the Chinese takeaway at the weekend – but this sweetchilli chicken ticks all the boxes for me, and the fact that this has really little prep and can just be left in the slow cooker to do it’s thing, well that makes it pretty much perfect in my eyes

WoW love this simple and speedy cook sweetsticky sumptuous soy glazed chicken, with spring onions, ginger, chillies and honey, this is a little bit too moorish and I find myself wanting more which is why I only make a healthy portion so that I can really enjoy every mouthful without the temptation of leftovers
When the jars are sterilised, position them on on a tray with their lids next to them, so that they are ready to use the minute you need them (you’re dealing with boiling hot sticky liquid so you don’t want to be faffing around trying to find things later)

This is a recipe for a delicious Chinese SweetChilli Chicken and Noodle Soup, using a couple of packs of ready made stir fry sauce, stock, chicken, vegetables and noodles
Tip the peppers, chillies, ginger & garlic into a food processor and whizz until very finely chopped (I have to do this in batches as it won’t all fit in at once
