It’s super easy, and ideal on the Extra Easy Plan. When the salmon is just cooked check the dish is piping hot right through and vegetables are cooked through, then remove from the oven and serve with a fresh, crisp salad garnish
You can also control the heat – just add more Chilli. Salads go well, perhaps a few rocket leaves, peashoots & lambs lettuce with some Balsamic drizzled over the top, my idea of heaven
