It's Stour Music Festival time again. This may mean nothing to you, but to me it means two glorious weekends of making puddings for appreciative singers and musicians, serving them in a tent in the Kentish countryside
As the hubby doesn't like cherries I substituted them for lovely summery strawberries. The strawberries and cream in the centre add a creamy sweetness to the chocolate cake and was a perfect summer cake
