Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup (8 fluid oz) sour cream 3 tablespoons butter 1 cup grated white or English cheddar cheese 1/2 cup green onions, the light green part, finely chopped 1/2 cup milk salt pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 218 C Wash and dry each potato and place on a baking sheet
  • 4 of the hollowed out skins, discarding the other
