  • 8-9 large peppers
  • 1/2 cup
  • 2/3 cup brown rice
  • 2 large handfuls fresh coriander
  • 1/3 level tablespoon
  • coriander seeds
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium courgette
  • 1 heaped teaspoon
  • fine sea salt
  • 2/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
