I am a complete chocolate addict but I do also love a nice fruity cheesecake – so I’ve married the two and got this FABULOUS white choc andstrawberry cheesecake
Repeat with the whitechocolate, and remaining water and butter. For the topping, melt the plain chocolate with half the water and half the butter, in a Bain Marie
The berries go almost jammy and they marry in sweet harmony with whitechocolate. In a large bowl, mix together (sieve if you really feel the need to – I’m a bit of a kitchen rebel and hardly ever have the desire do it *gasp*confession time
All of the cakes in the book are easy and quick. It’s one of the most attractive cakes that I made. In the white “brownie” I also put some red currants so it stays moist and yummy
