  • 150 g strawberries, stalks removed, washed and chopped into chunks 150g blueberries, washed 1 apple, core removed and chopped into chunks 50-100g low fat natural yogurt (depending on the consistency of smoothie that you want) Instructions In a Kenwood 2 Go Sport (or other nutritional blender), add in all the fruit and yogurt. Screw the blade on top then place in the base unit and blend for 30 seconds to a minute to make sure everything is blended well together Serve immediately or screw the lid on top of the sports bottle and take with you to enjoy later 3.5.3208
