Ingredients

  • 350 g strong white bread flour
  • 150 g strong stoneground wholemeal bread flour
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g instant yeast (sometimes called easy bake)
  • 30 g unsalted butter - softened
  • 320 g cool water - 15°C
  • Olive oil for kneading
  • 200 g Stilton - crumbled
  • 150 g pecan nut halves
