  • 2 kg braising steak
  • seasoned flour
  • 2 large onions
  • olive oil
  • 4 sticks of celery
  • 4 large carrots cut into chunks
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 swede
  • 1 bottle of robust red wine
  • 400 g tin
  • s of tomatoes
  • sea salt and black pepper
  • 110 g self raising flour
  • 55 g suet
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped thyme
  • 1 heaped
  • sea salt and black pepper
