Ingredients

  • 100 ml boiled water
  • 250 g dates
  • 3 eggs 100g coconut oil
  • 275 g ground almonds (this can be substituted with gluten free flour)
  • 1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp crushed pecan nuts
