Below is my method to re-creating the fall of the bone variety of StickyPorkRibs at home. It needs to be sticky and glistening with BBQ sauce, but most importantly the meat must fall off the bone
Meaty porkribs, kecap manis (AKA sweet soy sauce) and fresh hot chili peppers are cooked slowly till the ribs become tender and the sauce is sticky and more-ish
