  • 1 small individual carton of orange juice *I used about three quarters £0.26p
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger (from freezer) £0.01p
  • 2 tbsp runny honey £0.20p
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup £0.03p
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce £0.04p
  • 1 large, or 2 small, cloves of garlic, crushed £0.08p
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar £0.08p
