  • 1 cup coloured Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
  • 1-2 tsp Chilli Sauce
  • ¾ - 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • ½ - 1 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
