  • 290 g can of mixed bean salad, rinsed and drained
  • 3 salad tomatoes
  • 125 g quinoa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried crushed chillis
  • salt and pepper
  • Small handful fresh coriander
  • 100 g Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
  • 6 Warburtons Wholemeal Protein Wraps
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese
  • 60-100 g fresh baby spinach
