Ingredients

  • 200 g flat green beans, top and tail and cut into 1½ inches lengths
  • 300 g pork belly slices, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp cornflour
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp of chilli oil or less, to taste
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Water
