Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 225 g pork fillet, sliced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cabbage, shredded. 150ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • Noodles (enough for two people)
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
