  • 6-8 Chicken tenders or 4-6 thin cut Chicken breasts
  • Chili Sauce
  • Chopped Lettuce
  • CHILI SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce (Sambal sauce)
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 3-4 cups vegetable oil
