  • 55 g Caster Sugar
  • 50 g Icing Sugar
  • 80 g Ground Almonds
  • 50 g Butter
  • 3 tablespoons
  • 14 minutes until just turning golden and turn the oven off. I keep the macarons inside the oven for another 2
