  • 200 g/7oz smoked salmon
  • 4 ripe avocados, cut in halves and stones removed
  • 2 roasted red peppers, finely sliced
  • 3 eggs, boiled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper
