This Syn Free Smoked Salmon and Broccoli Quiche is the perfect answer to lunch on a hot summers day. I love quiche, but sadly pastry and Slimming World don’t go
I made this Slimming World friendly paella a few months ago and honestly it tasted beautiful. Serve with your paella, or any sort of Spanish themed meal
+ Meal Plan. The combination of smoked Salmon & cream cheese on bagels is something that I used to enjoy fairly often prior to Slimming World & is probably one of the reasons I got so fat haha

Adapted from Slimming World Lasagne. I’ve definitely been having a bit of an Italian moment recently, what with my recent meatball success, and starting to make my own pasta, and this lasagne turned out to be just as much of a win in my books
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped. 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flatleaf parsley. 150g light cream cheese (such as Philadelphia Light) or alternatively Quark if not using philly as a healthy extra. 2 large skinless chicken breasts. I’m not sure I can stress enough that this isn’t jelly on a cheesecake base, which frankly my last cheesecake was, this is made with cream cheese and quark (which you can’t taste I promise
